What I Learn, While I’m Learning

I’ve always been intrigued by new frames of thought; especially, in the fields of culture and communication.  I’m entering my Junior year of university, and my second year as a Research and Assessment Intern for the Office of Diversity and Inclusion.  I’m responsible for studying cultural competency and leadership development theories and then creating assessments to gauge the growth of student leaders.  I am blessed and challenged by this opportunity, and I am determined to learn as much as possible.  Kalen’s Conte will be used to record my findings, findings which I will later turn into an artifact of my personal development.  I’m Kalen and I’m on my way out of the cave (see image).the_cavePhoto property of hyperboreanvibrations.blogspot.com/
